Dr. Rebecca Griffiths is amazing! She got me through the greatest painful experience I have gone through up until now. She supported, assured and helped me gain confidence in myself again in this dire time. I highly recommend Dr. Griffiths to anyone who is going through relationship problems or confidence in themselves.

Becky is an amazing counsellor. She's a great listener and is thoughtful in her responses. She is also very relateable which makes talking to her even easier.
In our first session I found myself at ease with her after a few minutes. I would definitely recommend her.

Rebecca Griffith is very respectful and listens to me actively. She is able to break down my story and experiences to their core elements and patterns. I felt really comfortable with Rebecca right from the beginning and was confident in telling my story. I am looking forward to keep working with her.

Rebecca is like a hug you didn't know you needed. She listens and is really patient, asks the questions you don't think to consider, and she's also pretty funny. I really appreciate the venting but I'd love to get some validation and some tools I can use going forward.
