About me
Hello! I’m glad you have landed here. More than likely, you are struggling and you know that it is time to reach out for help. You have come to the right place.
Over the past ten years of working in clinical settings, I have noted the profound impact that struggles with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem can have on a person and their family. I also know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle many roles.
I specialize in working with people who have anxiety, depression, major illness, and who are grieving a loss.
I have always been fascinated by how relationships work, both with ourselves and with one another. I have found that, with the right tools, it is possible to have healthy connections with ourselves and those we love. I have spent my career studying relationship models and approaches so that I can support families and individuals in creating truly satisfying connections in their lives.
While I use a variety of tools and approaches to therapeutic work, one of my main focuses is helping you develop compassionate self-awareness. The best and most sustainable growth happens when we can be loving towards ourselves. Every person has a story and I would love the opportunity to hear yours.
