Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy
LPC #17788 (Expires: 2023-02-28)
we started working together a few weeks ago and ive been able to cope with things i’m struggling with significantly better. she offers me a lot of ressources that actually help.
I have been known Rebecca now for well over a year, and I am so happy to have found her. I have been in counseling at many different stages of my life, and have many tools that allow me to often time overthink small and simple things. Rebecca has helped me get out of my own way, and transition during huge life changes (moving to a different city, finding a job(s), and getting married) that all came very abruptly. I continue to see Rebecca now to continue my growth, and ensure that I keep myself in check when it comes to being newly married. Dealing with all the adult stuff we all assume, but often times aren’t fully prepared for everything that happens. Thanks to Rebecca I feel like I have someone truly on my side.
She has helped me so much! I have only been in therapy for 5 months and I feel like I have gain the ability to understand my mental illnesses. She has given me so many tools to help navigate me through hard times. She also gives me continued positive reinforcement! I never feel rushed when I speak with her and I always feel heard and understood. This was my first experience with therapy and it has honestly changed my life, and it is because of her.
She helped me to untangle some things that I was really struggling with. She is a good listener, she has patience and she’s kind. She responded to my messages in a timely manner as well.
Rebecca is very prompt to respond. She is understanding and offers encouragement and suggestions for dealing with the issues we've discussed.
Rebecca was the most direct and helpful counselor I found on BetterHelp. She gave me good advice and was very open about recognizing the limitations of on-line therapy. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety or depression.
I adore Rebecca and how well she has gotten to know me so quickly. She is always there for me and has such a kind heart. One of the best therapists I’ve ever had.
She's excellent, always being available to help through my situations.
Rebecca is great! Very respectful and understanding while aiding me in my challenges.
Although I have only had a couple of sessions with Rebecca, I have found her to be helpful in having me look into and review my actions. Her background psychiatry led me to choose her as a therapist. I think she does well in relating to my overall needs for counseling.
Rebecca has been my counselor these last few months and I can’t be happier with her. I feel comfortable with her. I’ve never been met with judgement from her. My pain is acknowledged and I’m met with acceptance and respect. I can’t recommend her enough.
Rebecca has consistently offered me helpful ways of re-framing my thinking about the challenges I face. I am so happy I made the decision to seek her help!
She’s been so supportive and amazing.
Rebecca is the best counsellor I have encountered so far. Very caring and careful about how to approach to my issues, whether it's small or big. She understands what solutions to offer that is practical and makes me feel accomplished.
She mades me feel she had no judgement but understanding of what's happening.
Rebecca has helped me tremendously.
Rebecca listens and cares. She provides me with great support and I am so grateful.
I have just finished a month working with Rebecca. She is absolutely amazing. I am going through one of the most difficult times in my life. Because of her, I have been a lot better emotionally. She patiently listened to my problems and provided me with helpful solutions allow me to move on with my life. I am so glad that decided to choose her to be my counselor. Thank you so much.
Rebecca had been very kind and understanding, even when I don't respond. I trust her and believe that she will be able to help me She already has in a short time with a few new coping tools she has already given me.
Rebecca is very helpful because she listens and pinpoints the actual issues to be dealt with when everything seems like a big complicated mess. She has helped me a lot so far with family and relationship issues.
Rebecca has helped me talk about very personal things I have pushed aside for years, in doing so I've opened up and have had realisations about past experiences and has lifted guilt off me.
