It takes strength and insight to realize that a change is needed in our lives. I applaud you for taking this step. I look forward to working with you!

My ultimate goal is to assist my clients in finding healthy ways to improve the quality of their lives. It is my belief that most people already have the answers they are seeking within themselves and that I am here to facilitate their path to finding these answers. Ms. Jarrell is a sympathetic (warm and accepting) and insightful therapist. I feel I can talk to her about all aspects of my life which is key to deriving the best outcome from a therapist. She never gets defensive if I think she misunderstands something I have said and thus, I can clarify, and we can quickly get on the same page. She listens well and her comments and suggestions go right to the core of the matter. She provides helpful, practical guidance in handling interpersonal problems I have with my spouse, family members, and friends. She is also encouraging and helpful in keeping me on track with my personal goals and aspirations.

Rebecca is helping me recognize how to respond in moments of what I perceive as, uncontrolled anxiety which leads to anger. She has really helped me with the tools to survive the moment without conflict with others.

Rebecca was assigned to me as my Therapist. I am happy to have her to listen to me. She is very good at what she does. I do enjoy the sessions we had. I would definitely recommend her. She is very responsive to messages, and she does reach out to see how I am doing. She provides workplans she believes will help based on the issues I am facing. Thank you Rebecca the wonderful Therapist you are.
