Rebecca has been extremely helpful and understanding, especially as my needs have shifted during my time speaking with her. Talking with her has given me new perspectives and effective strategies for dealing with my challenges.

Rebecca is very attentive. I don't know how she remembers everything I'm going through when she has many other clients. She caring and gives me ideas to work through things that I hadn't thought of before.

She’s very patient and understanding. She was able to understand my perspective and side of things once I was able to explain clearly.

So far sessions are going well. I am learning things about myself that I didn't know which is helping me figure out how to address multiple issues.

Becky is warm and easy to talk to. She listened objectively and offered exercises and activities to work toward goals. I have only had one session but I'm looking forward to the next.

I have been happy in knowing that I can talk with someone in a private setting at times that work so much better with my 50+ hour work weeks. In the short time I've been working with Rebecca I feel better in more ways than I thought and I look forward to the future with her.

I have a lot of high stressors happening in my life right now, it has been extremely beneficial to have someone from the outside looking in to help me see what I do not and be able to have someone helping guide me through it. I appreciate being able to have a constant conversation and send a message when it is most convenient. I have a busy life right now and knowing I have someone to talk too (if I need too) every day has made me feel less alone and capable of achieving my goals
