About Me

Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have provided mental health support to people for over 15 years. I have worked with all ages in a variety of settings from homes to hospitals. I have focused on working with people facing challenges due to change- either health, relationships, or mental health. I have experience working with challenges including depression, grief, adjustment, life transitions, caregiver stress, and trauma.

My counseling style is warm, encouraging, honest, and respectful, with a dash of humor. I like to adjust my therapy approach according to what best serves my client, often this holistic style combines attachment based/emotionally focused with rational-emotive work.

I want to help empower you in reaching your goal and better understand yourself and your world. I encourage you to be honest and approach your counseling experience with curiosity. I respect the courage and vulnerability it takes to lean into a discovery process about ourselves.

Rebecca is professional, kind, and willing to walk you through any problem. She not only has walked me through problems during my session, she gives me weekly homework to practice in between and has given me real life tips and tricks to get through my mental barriers.
