Rebecca Monroe, LCSW
About me
I'm Rebecca Monroe, a therapist with a decade of experience supporting clients through life's most meaningful challenges. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My practice centers on helping you build stronger communication, deepen self-compassion, and find clarity around your life's direction.
I specialize in working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief and loss, attachment patterns, self-esteem, parenting challenges, workplace stress, and the complexities of separation and divorce, including parenting challenges. I bring particular attention to themes of shame, guilt, forgiveness, and control—recognizing how these patterns shape our relationships and sense of self. I'm eager to gain experience supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and other life stages unique to their journeys.
My approach is grounded in genuine connection and respect for your individual values and beliefs. I create a space where you can explore your authentic self, learn about who you are, heal from past hurts, move forward with intention, and not be judged. Whether you're working through relationship dynamics, processing significant life changes, or reconnecting with your sense of purpose, I'm here to support you with compassionate honesty. Are you willing to put in the work with me to meet your goals?
