Hhighly competent therapist who doesnt pull punches, but manages not to be judgemental. She has gotten me to begin looking at things from different perspectives than my own. She also, however, validated my reactions to some things and with that knowledge, I can now recognize and call them what they were-- acts of cruelty and gaslighting.

Rebecca has great insight and ideas of how to work through my struggles. She has helped me through grief, work stress, and family stress. She was easy to talk to from the beginning. She allows me to just get everything out, and then we talk and strategize how to either 1) navigate fixing the problem, or 2) how to work through accepting the problem because I cannot change it and learn to manage the stress that it may continue to cause. She has been great to work with.
