She really helped me. Technology was not good. Rebecca did work with me through that. Rebecca was very caring.
I worked with different therapists in the past, and Rebecca has by far been the best! She truly takes the time to understand me and my needs, and has provided some great ways to improve my mental health. She just gets it.
Rebecca Murray is the best! So thoughtful and smart! She’s amazing!
After only one session, I have some tools help me with my anxiety. Thank you so much Rebecca.
Rebecca is wonderful at listening and we havehad great video sessions. Unfortunately those are only once a week. The other times I may do a journal entry but she doesn't seem to message me or reply to them. I work a lot and have a kid so finding time to do video chats alone is hard and I wish I was able to communicate with her more other than once a week.
Rebecca = Diamonds!
Rebecca has such a calming personality. Her voice is actually soothing to me...sometimes i can hear her saying the things i really need to hear, even when shes not there. thank you for access to support. i STRONGLY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY reccomend Rebecca and Betterhelp....both have given me ease of access to prioritizing myself.....and when I forget....i am so thankful for the reminder.
client for @10 months
Rebecca has been a great resource for me. She understands trauma incredibly well and is very well spoken. She’s not a therapist that will just tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to hear. She’s helped me tremendously in a short period of time and I’m very thankful to have found her.
Rebecca is a wonderful therapist who has helped me through some really challenging times. She is kind, warm & empathetic. She has helped me gain self awareness and see things from different perspectives.
Things are going well, but I still think it's too soon to tell.
I am very grateful to have found Rebecca, talking things out with her has definitely helped me.
I am not sure how long exactly I have been seeing her for but I do know every session she has helped me along and taught me a lot and how to move forward with a lot of things and I could not recommend her more!
I've only had a couple sessions with Rebecca and I feel much better. I feel listened and supported. She genuinely cares about her clients, explains things in a clear and easy to understand way, and I can tell she will continue to be of much help as time continues.
Rebecca is amazing! I have never gone to therapy and was nervous and she made me feel so comfortable and helped me get through some of the biggest life changes I have experienced. She is great, you are in great hands if you work with her!
Rebecca has been great at giving me advice and telling how I should handle situations I'm dealing with I honestly thought therapy would be a let down buy after talking with Rebecca it made me feel so much better about seeking help for myself I appreciate her so much and I love the feed back I get from her

Rebecca is the therapist I have been looking for! She is compassionate, understanding, empathetic, sympathetic, and she really listens. She meets me where I am and has been so helpful in my quest for a more balanced and healthy mental life.
Rebecca has been a wonderful resource for me! I have and will continue to refer friends to her.
This was my first session with Rebecca but she made me feel so comfortable in talking to her. I could have talked to her all day. Rebecca took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was skeptical about doing counseling but after speaking with Rebecca I know it was the right choice. Thank you Rebecca
Extremely helpful! She creates such a safe comfortable space and I look forward to our sessions
