I've worked with a number of therapists, trying to find the right fit. Rebecca Murray is it. I needed someone who did more than just listen. It was important to me to have a therapist who was actively involved in providing solutions for my situation. Rebecca is knowledgable, gives me "homework" to engage in outside of my time with her, uses a variety of modalities, whether it be somatic practices, written CBT assignments, parts work, etc., and lastly, she empathizes with me in a way that I feel heard and understood while still gently challenging me when I need that. I can not recommend her highly enough.
