I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in Delaware with 13 years experience. I currently work in a private practice. I have experience working with clients of all ages and a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, relationship issues, ADHD, and adjustment issues. I have years of experience providing individual and family counseling.
I believe in using a strengths based perspective to help you reach your goals. My style is interactive, accepting, and focuses on empowerment of the individual. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Humanistic approaches , as well as my trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Parent Child Interactive Therapy. In my private practice, I strive daily to normalize mental health treatment and work within the community to fight against stigmas.

I am honestly shocked to find how far I have come since I started talking with Rebecca. She has worked with me to rebuild confidence after a difficult time and to go through my thoughts with me to put them back in order again. She's taught me some great techniques to deal with my anxiety- and any time something doesn't work or doesn't fit in with my lifestyle she has an unending supply of more ideas to suggest. Rebecca has been a wonderful counselor, she provides useful worksheets to better understand the things you are going through and is very responsive. It is nice to know that I can message her when ever I need and she will get back to me as quickly as possible as opposed to having to wait a week or two to meet up and attempt to remember what I was experiencing.
