Rebecca is personable, sensitive, and makes me feel better about myself. She offers insight and makes me feel safe to share what I keep in the dark with her so that I can bring it to light, and then be able to breathe a little easier while I deal with it moving forward. She's real, light, and so good at what she does. A true heart-led, intelligent professional. I'm lucky to have her.

I am so glad to have Rebecca helping me on my journey through depression and anxiety. She is doing an amazing job helping me understand and deal with the root causes and consequences of what I have been going through. This is my first time in therapy, and I am learning a lot. Rebecca is reliable, patient, knowledgeable and she is fun and easy to talk to. My favorite thing about her though, is that she remembers and constantly reminds me about things from my personal life that she knows are going to make me feel better, as I often forget about them. Thank you Rebecca!

I am honestly shocked to find how far I have come since I started talking with Rebecca. She has worked with me to rebuild confidence after a difficult time and to go through my thoughts with me to put them back in order again. She's taught me some great techniques to deal with my anxiety- and any time something doesn't work or doesn't fit in with my lifestyle she has an unending supply of more ideas to suggest. I would describe Rebecca as a really positive counsellor who focuses on your unique strengths and the positive parts of a situation in order to help you deal with the weaknesses and difficult parts. She also doesn't make you feel silly or embarrassed to share your insecurities. I have also just really enjoyed my chats with Rebecca as she's so friendly and we end up making each other laugh a lot! When I started counselling with Rebecca I felt like a shadow of myself and that I was going to be ill long term. Now I feel like a good version of myself again and I am well on my way to recovery.
