I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in Delaware with 13 years experience. I currently work in a private practice. I have experience working with clients of all ages and a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, relationship issues, ADHD, and adjustment issues. I have years of experience providing individual and family counseling.
I believe in using a strengths based perspective to help you reach your goals. My style is interactive, accepting, and focuses on empowerment of the individual. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Humanistic approaches , as well as my trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, EMDR, and Parent Child Interactive Therapy. In my private practice, I strive daily to normalize mental health treatment and work within the community to fight against stigmas.
Sometimes life can be challenging and overwhelming, however, we are all capable of growth, change, and learning from our experiences. The decision to begin therapy is a courageous step in becoming the very best version of yourself you can be! I am happy and honored to be a part of your journey.

Rebecca has been so kind and approachable since our first session. Her hours work perfectly with mine which was a huge bonus. I can tell that she is very passionate about her job and her career. She is open and vulnerable with you. She creates a safe and welcoming place to open up about yourself. She asks the right questions to get you to dig deeper and offers great advice, support and encouragement. I would recommend her to anyone.

Rebecca is personable, sensitive, and makes me feel better about myself. She offers insight and makes me feel safe to share what I keep in the dark with her so that I can bring it to light, and then be able to breathe a little easier while I deal with it moving forward. She's real, light, and so good at what she does. A true heart-led, intelligent professional. I'm lucky to have her.
