About me

I am licensed in Tennessee with 5 years of professional work experience and over 3 years experience as a clinician within Vanderbilt Behavioral Health. I have experience helping clients with chronic life stress, anxiety and OCD, relationship issues, moving through grief and loss, & living with chronic illness or pain. I have specific training in supporting people through grief and bereavement, as well as specific training in diagnosing and treating Prolonged Grief Disorder. My therapeutic style is warm, curious, and reflective. I value frank, honest communication and prioritize that as a clinician. I will tailor our sessions and treatment planning to your specific needs, goals, and values.
