As a licensed master of social work in Michigan, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex personal challenges, with a particular focus on building self-esteem and personal growth. My approach is deeply compassionate and adaptable, designed to meet each client's unique needs and lived experiences. I have been trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).
I my goal is to create a welcoming and accepting therapeutic environment that honors diverse identities and perspectives, whether you identify as Christian, LGBTQ+, or are seeking a progressive, inclusive counseling space.
