Rebecca is wonderful. She listens, takes the time to respond to each portion of the messages I send her and she is down to earth. It is truly wonderful having someone to write to anytime I need to talk.
I started with a different counselor and I just didn’t click with them, and I am so thankful I switched to Rebecca. She is very knowledgeable and goal-oriented. She is kind and upbeat and I feel better after talking to her.
I have had two different counselors/therapist on BetterHelp before Rebecca. Rebecca is the first counselor I feel like I can actually relate to. I have finally opened up about things, that I haven’t told anyone. I don’t feel judged. I feel safe and it’s very comforting to know. I can say whatever I am feeling and she offers me support and ask questions to dig deeper, she isn’t always trying to give me a solution. Thank you Rebecca!
Rebecca is very supportive. She is a great listener, and I always feel better after talking with her. I have talk to her mostly about struggling with a physical disability, and I have found that she has given me some good coping mechanisms. She has also helped me put some things into perspective, which helps me in my daily life.
Rebecca Wilson is a wonderful therapist. She is engaging, listens to me and responds quickly. I feel comfortable talking to her, she understands my goals and guides me toward what I need to accomplish those goals. Therapy isn't easy but when you have someone like her to work with you it makes it all worth while.
Rebecca is wonderful. She is kind, intelligent, patient and invested in helping me. I appreciate her so much and am so grateful to be able to work with her.
Rebecca is very attentive and responsive. I feel heard and like my mental health matters. I feel improvement in my day-to-day cognitive behavior and therefore better equipped to live my life.
Rebecca is awesome. We connected fast and she has been great In helping and making suggestions. I would recommend her to anyone. Awesome person and much more than a counselor.
I would recommend BetterHelp to a friend if they prefer to be anonymous or prefer to communicate only through messages. It is also relatively inexpensive compared to doing in person counseling.
I'm very pleased with the support Rebecca has shown me. She's attentive and is working on understanding what I'm going through and has offered to help me start to work on things by being specific about what is currently happening and what has happened in the past that got me here. I'm very grateful to be in such good hands. I feel like we have been best friends for years. I feel so comfortable telling her anything and everything. So grateful for this!
Rebecca is smart, caring, insightful, and compassionate. She is able to focus in on key elements that help me to gain a greater perspective on my life and also to help me to tap into my emotions. She has a gentle, safe way of helping me to access my emotions and is able to provide support and tools for me to deal with my feelings more effectively. I was able to open up to her quite quickly in our sessions, as she comes across as genuine and non-judgmental so it's easy to communicate and build trust with her.
I've spent about 1.5 weeks working with Rebecca and have already battled some very significant action items in my life. I am nowhere near healed, but I do have some hope that it is possible.
Rebecca is very supportive of what I need and I feel like she asks good questions and is taking my responses seriously in order to give me the "right" kind of counseling. I look forward to her emails each day as a means to keep myself moving forward in life. Extremely satisfied with her work!!
Rebecca has been very sweet and supportive as I unloaded all my fears and anxieties. She always makes a point to say "what I hear you saying is..." and then describes what she believes I am trying to convey, so that I always know the impression I am giving her and if she is understanding what I am trying to convey. That's very helpful when talking to someone through messaging to make sure you are on the same page.
Rebecca is wonderful and has been very supportive and responsive during my time of crisis. I feel comfortable being completely honest and appreciate the feedback and how perceptive Rebecca has been. This is a wonderful experience and I´m looking forward to continuing our sessions :)
