About me
I am a licensed therapist in Minnesota with over 11 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist. I predominantly work with ages 10-60 years of age. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, foster-care, traumatic experiences, sexual assault, abuse, parent-child relationship problems, school challenges, social anxiety, gender and sexual identity issues, disruptive mood disorders, anger issues, self-harm and suicidal ideations, sensory processing issues, high functioning autism/Asperger's, ODD, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, client centered, art and play therapy techniques, mindfulness, relationship focused, narrative therapy, DBT skills, body and mind connection based therapy, and trauma focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step and build confidence in yourself, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rebecca Zabinski. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
So wonderful to work with, highly highly recommend!!
So far so good..I've liked her so far
I honestly love how she gets right to it and I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money… I’ve recommended several friends to sign up for BetterHelp and they all say “I need your therapist”
She listens to me, doesn't get defensive and doesn't try to fix me
Rebecca is an excellent and friendly therapist. I never needed to even try to find a different one through better help, because she was able to meet my needs right away. A problem I had been putting off for months and unable to deal with myself was dispatched fairly quickly with her assistance. 10/10 would recommend!
