Hi there! Thank you for stopping by my profile. It takes courage to consider and begin a counseling journey and I hope we'll be a good fit for working together. I believe that the relationship between a therapist and client is the most critical component for progress in counseling. I tend to approach therapy in a pretty fluid way. We are all such unique individuals that there really isn't a "one size fits all" approach. I often rely on psychodynamic, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I believe as well that "talk" therapy can often be complimented by alternative therapies such as yoga, music therapy, and so forth. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2004. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of people which is one of the things I love best about this work. I've often worked with folks who struggle with anxiety or depression, those who have experienced trauma, and those who are struggling with adjustments to different phases and events of life. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I'd love to chat with you!

Thoughtful, trustworthy and considerate, really makes you feel listened to. Collaborates with you to find solutions rather than just presenting options from a textbook. Flexible and accommodating availability with good response times between sessions.
She’s amazing when you feel at your lowest she helps to pick you back up. She kind of spreads things out and explains them as they are to help you get a better insight on things. She’s helped me so much so far I am very pleased with her and she’s helped me get on a better path.
Rebekah was able to get to the core of my issues without judgment. I felt heard, understood, and supported by someone who understands the challenges I’m facing. This is the first counsellor I’ve met who understands personality disorders and the challenges they bring. Thanks again Rebekah...looking forward to continuing.
Rebekah has been a great help for me and all of the various ways and things I need support with. What I love the most is her ability to send me messages and check in throughout the week.
Rebekah is very knowledgeable and intuitive. She listens and provides relevant treatment exercises. I look forward to our talks!!!

Rebekah is a very caring, compassionate and experienced counselor. Our work together had benefited me and helped me to gain some new and insightful understandings about myself. She is very flexible to accommodate my schedule too. I'm grateful for Rebekah's support.
My counseling with Rebekah has just started but I already love taking to her. She's like an impartial friend and very easy to open up to.
