About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience working in various settings such as psychiatric hospitals, group homes, military sites, and in a group practice. My professional journey has taken me from the East Coast (New Jersey) to the West Coast (California), and the Midwest (Minnesota, Indiana). I received my MSW degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. My interests as a therapist are in working with individuals to address depression, anxiety and panic disorders, adjustment issues, stress including occupational, relationship stressors including family of origin, grief/loss, and codependency issues. In the last 7 years, I have experience working with military families. I also provide Christian counseling as and when requested. I offer nurturing, compassionate, and supportive counseling.
