Dr. Regina Cofrin , LMHC
About me
I have two Doctorates and am Ivy League educated from Cornell University and Columbia University with a background in philosophy, psychology and Spanish mysticism. I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with a proclivity for Jungian psychoanalysis and hypnosis. I am a Transcendentalist and believe in the power of the mind to create through thoughts and imagination the reality that a person wants for himself/ herself. We are as we think all day long. The Everlasting Now is an Everlasting yes to be all that you can be. Life is the classroom. The lesson is love through a choice to change. “ Hitch your wagon to a star” ( Thoreau); to your own truth for growth. The mind in fact is the Builder. I will help you to build your world toward peace love and harmony for yourself and others in your life.
“What lies before us and lies behind us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” (Emerson)
