Great listener. Regina brings calm to my chaos. Thank you, Regina!

I have yet to find someone who can read my emotional state as well as she can.
She lets me breathe, and think out loud, yet is extremely helpful and supportive, with direction and perspectives I just couldn’t reach on my own.

I have insurance, yet I would not ever change therapists because she knows me so well, understands people so well.

Thanks Regina, you go above and beyond for your patients, and for that, I am grateful, and healthier everyday because of it

Regina has been consistently supportive and attentive. She creates a space where I feel heard and understood, and her calm, steady presence makes it easy to open up. She’s knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and offers guidance that helps me see things from a more balanced perspective.
Sessions may start a little later at times, but once we begin, Regina is fully present and engaged. She occasionally shares personal experiences, and while the level of disclosure can feel a bit high, it’s always meant to build connection and help me feel less alone. Her openness and attentiveness make the space feel human and genuinely supportive.
Overall, Regina provides a warm, accepting environment that encourages growth and reflection.

Regina is such a wonderful therapist. She really listens and always has great feedback or a relevant story to help you feel validated or see things in a different light. She has given me a safe space to feel heard and not judged. She is very caring and easy to talk to.
