Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Regina Kujawa. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Regina is amazing and super funny!
She’s very relatable and real and very helpful!

Written on Dec 20, 2023 after therapy with Regina for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, lgbt, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, parenting issues, self esteem, anger management, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and adhd

Regina has the unique ability of challenging weak logic and the experience that nothing you say to her is weird. I avoid super soft therapists like the plague, so I was happy when she informed me of her bluntness. It is evident that she cares and wants me to reach my goals, so I am pleased that we matched.

If you're scanning reviews to make a decision, the topics she is helping me navigate are anxiety, relating emotionally to a spouse, sex (doesn't even raise a brow if unconventional), and being in the right space to make decisions.

If you want to hit the ground running and are new to therapy, pick specific things you want to achieve ahead of time. I'm not that organized, so it's taken a few sessions to get that frame of reference. Some sessions are about getting it all out, some are about planning, and some are about listening. She challenges me to tell her what I feel, not what I think.

I have been working with Regina Kujawa through BetterHelp, and it has been one of the best therapy experiences for me. From the very first video session, I realized that she was a perfect match for me. I especially appreciate the different options for communication that BetterHelp provides.

Regina is helping me identify patterns in my thinking and behavior that were restricting me and is providing me with practical tools and strategies to overcome them. Thanks to her guidance, I feel like I am in a much better place mentally and emotionally and am more confident in myself and my ability to tackle any challenges that come my way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and effective support on their journey towards healing and growth."

Regina has a wonderful demeanor that makes it easy to tell her important details. She is always ready with a strategy for working through difficult issues. I appreciate how truly human she comes across— no stuffiness or pressure from her. I’m very glad to be working with her.

Written on Aug 08, 2022 after therapy with Regina for 1 year and 5 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, self esteem, and coping with life changes

My counseling sessions have been very goal-focused and helped me get out of a loop with my reactions to different life stressors. After a couple of sessions, it was clear how I needed to proceed to gain the clarity to make new choices, solve a problem and move forward..getting unstuck! I would highly recommend counseling in the comfort of your own home and on your own schedule.
