I have specialized training in trauma and integrated health (addresses both mental and physical health). I work with clients in a respectful, collaborative way that often even allows us to have some fun in the process. Clients have told me that I’m easy to talk to and they can tell that I genuinely care.
In my therapeutic career, I have helped many people:
• Overcome depression, anxiety and anger
• Heal from a legacy of dysfunctional families, abusive relationships, illnesses and trauma
• Live an authentic personal and professional life that is reflective of their deeper values and passions
• Gain confidence and clarity to make important life decisions

Regina is a great counselor. She is understanding and friendly. She has good ideas to help you help yourself. I am so happy I worked with her that when I decided to reenter counseling, I made sure to come back to her.
I just started with Regina and she makes me feel very comfortable. I look forward to our sessions.
Regina is great! I love that she actively listens and also provides me with resources that are helpful to my needs. I really enjoy talking to Regina. She’s like the friend I didn’t know I needed!
I've got a lot of issues that I am working through and I feel a lot more confident that Regina is on my side. She's been a great listener and has come with really thoughtful suggestions on ways that I can begin to break down some of the issues that are holding me back.
Regina has so far been a great listener and gives ideas for how to help work on my problems, she seems genuinely concerned about the bad days and always answers if I message out of session!
Regina helped me pinpoint where my anger issue stemmed from in the very first session, and has been helping me become more self aware of my warning triggers. Very insightful and helpful!
Attentive, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable about various tools and resources that can help one find the peace, joy and happiness they seek.
She is great! In only a few sessions I’m already feeling much better. She’s helping so much!
I feel like I have benefited a lot from Regina. She is not the first counselor I have had and with the others I feel like I was never getting anywhere solid or they were never getting back to me. Regina is always checking back and answering me in a very good time frame, sets goals that really helps me work through things better and gives me actual points that helps me sees things differently, more logically and in a reassuring way when needed. I feel like she really listens and gets to the point of what is important even when I'm unsure sometimes what it is at the starts and gives me reasonable ways to work on them.
I have been extremely happy with the services I have received. Constructive advice on how to achieve life goals and stay positive has really helped me. And just having access to an outside party to try to get better at thinking things through before acting in general.
I would highly recommend Regina as she approaches my therapy in a holistic manner which has really helped me.
Regina is amazing. She is patient and brilliant. I am very lucky to have her as my counselor and I look forward to continuing our work together.
She’s so lovely, she can rearrange her sessions to fit you, she gives great advice and give you good homework sheets to work on. She is also pretty quick to respond. I totally recommend her!
Regina is extremely comprehensive and competent in her responses and helps with complex issues, even when you only provide simple information. I would highly recommend her!
Regina is very warm and engaging. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and was able to help me navigate through my tough issues.
