Very understanding and always makes sure that I feel heard! I have never had a better counselor, I feel very comfortable talking to Regina and have not had a single negative experience

Regina is a thoughtful, kind, very present, and professional therapist. It's great to have a therapist who knows how to relate and show empathy and understanding (even expertly through a computer screen! I'm used to having therapy in person.) Highly recommend Regina to anyone LGBTQ+, people who have been through trauma, and/or folks who have for any reason been deemed an outsider in their community and life. Regina enables you to find your foundation and strength.

So far Regina and I have worked on a few things together. I'm comfortable talking to her and I feel like she gives me an encouraging perspective on things.
