I love her she is the best therapist I’ve had

Written on Aug 29, 2021 after therapy with Regina for 1 year and 3 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, eating disorders, self esteem, and bipolar disorder

Regina has saved my life. I have been working with her for almost a year and she has helped me transform how I view my past trauma and my self worth. I could not be more thankful for Regina and Better help.

Written on Dec 02, 2020 after therapy with Regina for 11 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, family conflicts, and self esteem

Working with Regina for the past several months has been wonderful. She has helped me address some of my issues and knows where we need to continue working. I feel I'm in a safe space and can open up on my terms, but also am confident she will bring light to things I am not aware of yet.
It has been a pleasure working with her to better myself and I'm excited to see where the future sessions take us.

Regina’s probably the best therapist I’ve seen out of five. She’s very understanding and remembers what I say, down to little details. She’s one of the only therapists I’ve had where I feel I’m working toward something each and every week.

Regina is a thoughtful, kind, very present, and professional therapist. It's great to have a therapist who knows how to relate and show empathy and understanding (even expertly through a computer screen! I'm used to having therapy in person.) Highly recommend Regina to anyone LGBTQ+, people who have been through trauma, and/or folks who have for any reason been deemed an outsider in their community and life. Regina enables you to find your foundation and strength.
