About me

I am licensed in Washington with 8 years of professional work experience. Everyone has a story. It's my job to really listen to what yours is, and to provide you with the feedback and support that's going to help you explore what you want your next chapter to look like. Oftentimes this means really exploring the barriers to living your best life and knocking them down. The work is not always easy, but that's what I'm here for. The benefits are so worth it!
I work with a foundation of respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I have experience in working with clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy related issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health obstacles.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Rene has been the first therapist I have had who actually felt like she listened and understood what I was saying. She is able to relate to my problems without overshadowing them or turning the focus of the conversation and she always makes sure I feel comfortable and safe during our conversations. I feel very lucky to have found a mental healthcare professional who seems so invested in my wellbeing.
