Renee Brandon, LPC
About me
With over 11 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a supportive, direct, and compassionate space where clients can feel heard without judgment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the everyday weight that life can place on people.
My approach is collaborative, honest, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical — a place where you can process difficult experiences while also building real tools for change, healing, and growth.
In addition to my clinical work, I have extensive experience in behavioral health leadership and healthcare operations, which has deepened my understanding of the pressures many people face balancing careers, caregiving, relationships, and personal wellbeing.
Whether you are seeking short-term support during a difficult season or longer-term work focused on deeper healing and self-understanding, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and meaningful progress. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy — you just have to be willing to begin.
