After a couple of false starts with other therapists, I am very happy to have found Rex Perkins. He is empathetic, caring, and direct. He's not afraid to cut right to the heart of the matter, but does so in a kind and compassionate way. Highly recommended.

Rex is phenomenal at his job. He listened to understand and not listen to respond. He also doesn’t make you feel like it’s something wrong with you. He make you embrace what is different about you to be able to adapt society while leading in a direction with healthier habits, and actions to improve the quality of life
