About Me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri and a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional. I have over 13 years of experience in the social work field. I've worked with clients with a variety of concerns such as self-esteem, relationship issues, paranoia and anxiety. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy; as well as other evidence based therapies to best suit your specific needs. I have a warm and empathetic counseling style, and am eager to assist you in solving life's challenges. When working with you, I'll take a person- in- environment approach to assess your situation, meet you where you're at to identify your desired outcomes, and then assist you in making lasting and positive change in your life.

This strides that I have made personally since I have started to see Rhonda has been amazing the way she says things the care she shows in the words she chooses she makes her words matter and has been beyond helpful I'm so grateful to have found this type of counseling and to have they connected with her there's not a specific word or even enough words that describes this feeling when it's a little too much I can just hop on my phone and be like hey Rhonda you got a Sunday available she rocks

Rhonda has already helped me deal with some of the stress in my life in just a few sessions. She is always finding worksheets and meditations to suggest, and most importantly she actually listens to what I'm saying. I had bad experiences in the past with therapists but she is very accommodating and very easy to work with. I will be continuing sessions with her for as long as I need to.

Rhonda is so kind and and encouraging, very positive. I feel like she is always cheering me on! I love that she responds with helpful feedback to my journals. I really feel like she is a good fit for what I need right now. Very happy to have found her!

Even though I have only had a handful of sessions, Rhonda has already given me multiple tools to help me that are highly relevant to my needs and I find myself starting to implement them in my daily life. Rhonda is a fantastic listener and I feel so comfortable talking with her and opening up in a genuine manner. I really look forward to our sessions and diving in to better understand myself and engage with the world in a more healthy way.

Rhonda is straight forward, knowledgeable and genuine. If I had to pick the qualities in a therapist I wanted most, those would be it. She sends worksheets, videos, messages to help me work through my many issues. No one has listened to me the way that I have received from her! Would rate 10/10 every session.

I think Rhonda is amazing! She helps me a lot even when I don’t talk to her much and missed some sessions, she is there when I need her and I really appreciate that!! She does a good job and I like how she is into the whole holistic healing type deal that I’m in. I really appreciate her!

Rhonda is a great counselor. She brings the skills as a real-world and relatable style to our conversations. I like how she discerns what my issues are and we dive into them. From there, she makes good suggestions and holds me accountable.

Rhonda is so easy to talk to you and she truly listens to what you are going through. She also has a great sense of humor which also makes our sessions go so much better. Rhonda likes to challenge your thinking and that is what I love about her!
