About me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri and an Anxiety-Informed Professional. I also hold certification as an Autism Specialist. I have 15 years of experience in the social work field and have supported clients with a variety of concerns such as self-esteem, substance use disorders, relationship issues, paranoia, and anxiety. During our work together, I will utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, as well as other evidence-based therapies to best suit your specific needs. I have a warm and empathetic counseling style and am eager to assist you in solving life's challenges. When working with you, I'll take a person- in- environment approach to assess your situation, meet you where you're at to identify your desired outcomes, and then support you in making lasting and positive change in your life.

I started my journey into therapy with Rhonda at a time when I was completely stuck in my life. She helped me see what I wanted and what I valued. I made major changes that were very much overdue and I would not have gotten there without her. She is an amazing therapist and I will always be grateful to her.
