About me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Missouri, Texas, and Arizona. I also hold certifications as an Anxiety-Informed Professional and an Autism Specialist. I have over 16 years of experience in the field of Social Work and have supported clients with a variety of concerns such as self-esteem, substance use disorders, relationship issues, and anxiety. During our work together, I’ll utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, as well as other evidence-based therapies to best suit your specific needs. I have a warm and empathetic therapy style and I’m eager to assist you in working through life's challenges. When working with you, I'll take a person-in-environment approach to assess your situation, meet you where you're at to identify your desired outcomes, and then support you in making lasting and positive change in your life.

Rhonda has been great to talk to! She always understood what I needed and helped me achieve my therapy goals. I would be happy to return to Rhonda if ever needed in the future!

This is my first time doing therapy, and I never expected it to go this well at all. If you happen to get Rhonda as your therapist, I consider you very lucky.
Rhonda is incredible. She’s Very knowledgeable and it feels more so you’re venting about life with your best friend and that’s really nice to have. She sits down and is willing to have a heart to heart conversation with you and just listen to your story, and if you want her opinion on a situation or person, she doesn’t beat around the bush and gives you her opinion. She asks sophisticated questions that make you think and reflect deeply. She doesn’t act or ask robot therapist questions. To summarize Rhonda is a genuinely good person trying to help others through their struggles. I wouldn’t have made it this far through my process if it wasn’t for her.

Thank you for an amazing experience through this journey so far Rhonda. You’re a rock star!!!
