Rhonda Pupella, LCSW
About me
Hello! My name is Rhonda Pupella, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in central Texas. I have been providing therapy for over 15 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, caregiving and self-esteem issues. I am a firm believer that we are beings who want healing in all aspects of ourselves and our life, which can create tension between our current situation and the changes we want or need to make. Often, we don't know how to make lasting changes. That change struggle is often too difficult to face without strong support and the realization that someone understands, supports and affirms your ability to learn new coping skills. My counseling approach is educational, and we begin with where you are emotionally now. I value treating everyone with respect and kindness.
It takes courage to make changes, even positive ones. If you are ready to begin learning how, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working together!

Rhonda has helped me so much throughout my healing process. Without her none of my progress would have been possible. She facilitates a safe environment to share your feelings. She has a welcoming personality and a great listener. She remains aware of your limits and will always cater to how you’re feeling. I am beyond grateful for this experience!
