About me

As a clinical psychotherapist I work with clients to help them achieve their best lives. Usually that means moving past challenging and sometimes long-lasting issues.

I am a caring, compassionate professional, trained and motivated to help and heal. I use a variety of techniques in my practice, relying on a combination of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods. However, every individual is unique; what works well for one client may be less effective for another. I'm especially mindful of this fact and I strive to be open minded regarding treatment.

Richard Goodman is very knowledgeable and identifies problem accurately. He has so much patience to listen through and motivates in right direction. I feel very lucky to get guidance and help from him. He focuses on long term achievement rather than quick fixes, by providing good techniques to deal with different problems.
