About me
I'm Richard D. McCune. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, I'm honored to take part in your healing process. All persons are welcome. I use a number of modalities including: relaxing techniques, mindful mediation, person centered therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. I incorporate the mind, body, and spirit as components of the healing process.
As a Veteran of Foreign Wars and a Disabled American Veteran, I specialize in helping Veterans regain their health and mental stability.
The following are some issues we can discuss: post traumatic stress disorder PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, bi-polar disorders, chronic pain, coping skills, and spirituality. I'm dedicated to helping others by providing a safe and therapeutic environment in which you can begin your healing process.
