I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for over 30 years and have a private practice in Tomball, Texas, which is a few miles northwest of Houston. I am married with 2 adult sons. Experienced with treatment focus for depression, anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders and couples and/or marital counseling. My counseling style is warm and compassionate to the concerns of my clients. Each client has their own set of needs so their treatment plan is individualized and privacy respected.
The past couple of years I have performed mental health assessments in Spanish for clients referred by immigration lawyers. These clients are in the throes of uncertainty as they are attempting to obtain legal immigration status as they await citizenship. I am fluent in Spanish, both orally and written.

Richard listens to me and has my best interest at heart. His advice sticks in my sessions and follows me afterward. I enjoy that he is direct and expects for me to lead the conversation.
