Rita is fantastic. She asks the right questions to challenge my thoughts and is encouraging and kind all the way through.

Rita has been really helpful for me to find realistic ways to reduce intrusive thoughts and my overall anxiety. I always feel better after my appointments and I leave with more tools in my belt to handle the stresses in my life.

She helped me massively in understanding some of how my approach and neurospicy attitude towards things causes other people to panic because other people are constantly trying to read deeper into my actions when I sincerely just want everyone to get along and be happy and safe, and my directness unnerves them.
She lets me ramble and hyperfixate when I need to, despite only having limited sessions with her so far, I absolutely appreciate the insight and comfort I've received just from being able to express myself openly, so long as other people's physical and mental safety is not in concern from my direct actions.
