Her therapy style is extremely effective. She’s not afraid to say what she thinks while also being an active listener and respecting your individuality. I’m happy I chose her as my counselor!

Rita was very respectful of all my needs and concerns. I have tried therapy before and got the feeling the therapist thought i was wasting their time but my therapy sessions now could not be more the opposite. I would highly recommend Rita as a counselor!

She is the first counselor I’ve ever had and probably the best I could have ever gotten. She takes what your dealing with and puts in ways for you to more understand and cope with it. She’s patient and let’s you know, everyone is human and everyone has issues and it’s okay. 10/10 would recommend her again and again!
