Rita is an absolute angel. She’s so kind and caring, but she also has a very strong sense of helping you prioritize topics when you get lost in them, as well as finding workable ways out of in-the-moment situations. I’ve only been with Rita for a couple weeks, but I already feel very at peace talking to her.

Rita phrases things in a way that is relevant and makes me think. From coping mechanisms that no longer work to nurturing my own growth and development, my sessions with Rita leave me feeling empowered and centered as I navigate the triggers and the trauma. We've only had a few sessions together and already my life is going in a far better direction. Thank you Rita.

Rita Kanareff is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I had about a decades worth of therapy under my belt before trying better help, and in under two years!!!!!!!! I have been able to make more progress and growth than I was able to in my ten years of traditional therapy. Rita is a an incredible therapist, and I am grateful every day for my “new life” and for the tools and coping mechanisms she has taught me.

I’ve come to BetterHelp and Rita because my therapist of 30 years is retiring. I really like the questionnaire that focused the issues I want or need to deal with, so they could match me with Rita. I feel like we are a good fit so far.
It is expensive, and worth it to me. But I hope it can be accessible to anyone someday.

Online counseling through BetterHelp has given me more ways to interact with my counselor than in person visits. I don’t meltdown either anxiety in a waiting room, I’m not picking up or spreading germs in one either. Things that are normally harder to talk about are easier in writing or when not sitting right in front of another person. I get less stressed and emotional when I can have my session at home where I feel safer.

Rita was helpful and listened to my concerns. She offered ways to reduce anxiety and stress. Rita also responded quickly to messages and will discuss issues through messaging even if not at your appointment time.

Rita was very respectful of all my needs and concerns. I have tried therapy before and got the feeling the therapist thought i was wasting their time but my therapy sessions now could not be more the opposite. I would highly recommend Rita as a counselor!

She is the first counselor I’ve ever had and probably the best I could have ever gotten. She takes what your dealing with and puts in ways for you to more understand and cope with it. She’s patient and let’s you know, everyone is human and everyone has issues and it’s okay. 10/10 would recommend her again and again!
