Rita Lawler, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping people process guilt and shame, posttraumatic stress, attachment concerns, mood disorders, and women's issues. I also have experience supporting young adults and those managing chronic pain and illness.
My approach is grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are. I work with LGBTQ+ clients and older adults, and I'm particularly attuned to the unique experiences and identities my clients bring to our work together. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating relationship patterns, or finding your way through grief and life changes, I'm here to support your healing with care and respect.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I'm honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater peace and resilience.
