About Me

Life is a process. However, there are times when we get stuck on a rung as we progress. We want to climb but the distance down looks too scary and the journey ahead looks too far. That is where finding help comes in. My name is Robert and I have been a therapist for 8 years. My purpose is to stand with you as you determine what is holding you in your place and was will motivate you to take the next step.

I use multiple types of therapy techniques based on the needs you have. I understand that I am only a partner and you are the expert on your pain and your healing. My job is to help you tap into that expertise and commence the healing. I am compassionate and sometimes directive but always focused on you.

Thank you for trusting me and inviting me on your journey.

Robert is a wonderful support thus far on my journey for better mental health. A very good listener, he is also great about challenging my core beliefs about myself and comes across as very enthusiastic about his job and role in helping people find their way towards their best selves. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Abercrombie has helped me by providing me with the tools needed to overcome my childhood trauma. He is very considerate and is a great listener. He gives you different concepts and interpretations of your trauma that challenges your train of thought for the better. Highly recommended !!!
