My name is Robert W. Baur I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working within the state of New Jersey . I have many years experience working with patients from a hospital setting as well as working with clients whom have experienced vocational stress in an employee assistance program. I specialize in working with patients suffering from mood disorders, as well as from anxiety and adjustment disorders. I have experience doing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (CBT) Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy/Stress Reduction (MBCT/MBSR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and personal centered (humanistic) counseling via motivational interviewing.
