About Me
I’m Robert. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Lifestyle and Results Life Coach. I received my degree at Pace University and conducted my therapeutic hours at New York Presbyterian; renounced as one of the most effective counseling/treatment centers in the world. I served in the armed forces, where I was dispatched to hospitals all around New York State for the Coronavirus outbreak. Through-out my counseling career, I’ve had experience in working with individual psychotherapy, groups, out-patient, in-patient, residential programs, day-habilitation programs, schools, hospitals, mentorship programs and also businesses. With these experiences, I provided service in areas of PTSD, depression, grief, career concerns, motivation, confidence building, work ethic, behavior interventions, leadership coaching, lifestyle changes, anxiety relief and attaining personal goals.
My therapeutic style is direct, warm, creative and looks for ways that my clients can enjoy the experience. No matter what any of my clients may be going through or experiences they face; I know they can utilize these experiences to become better versions of themselves. My therapeutic approach is similar to methods that of cognitive behavioral therapy, in which I implement goal setting for clients who especially struggle to attain their valued outcomes. Other methods I utilize are that of solution-focused and also acceptance and commitment therapy; in which I assist clients with growing beyond their stressors and evolve.
I am passionate about providing therapeutic treatment as well as quality improvement towards treatment outcomes. My main goal is to redefine a person to allow them to become the best version of themselves.

Great therapist!
Robert is wonderful! Very easy to talk to, objective measures to gauge progress. He even continued to check on me consistently when I was between therapy. I highly recommend Robert!!
Robert is really a great therapist. The way he makes me frame what we talk about is really insightful and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to start therapy. I am looking forward to working with him for a long time.
Robert is an excellent therapist. This feedback and support have helped me in so many ways. I would recommend him and this service to anyone I know going through tough times.
He is a good counsellor, understands my situation.
I like Robert a lot. You can tell that he has expertise in his field and is a qualified counselor. He is an attentive listener who provides well-thought-out and effective feedback. Having that mixture of a coaching background and a therapist background is most helpful; I feel he is well-positioned to help me optimize my strengths in my quest to be the best version of myself.
Robert is a great therapist!! He is extremely professional and approaches clients with a uniquely tailored approach to their needs. Robert is always eager to find opportunities to improve the service he provides and I really appreciate his willingness to accommodate each patient’s needs :)
Robert has helped me work through so much in so little time. He patiently listens and allows me to work or think through what I’m feeling in case if it takes me some time to speak. He also helps me set goals for myself based on what I’d like to focus on or improve & work through exercises between sessions. The exercises have worked out really well for me so far and I’m very thankful for my progress with Robert’s help!
He’s amazing, I love Bob!
