Robert Jackson, LMFT
About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, trauma, and grief—helping them find clarity and healing.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and informed by Christian values, which I integrate thoughtfully into our work together. I specialize in addressing communication patterns, guilt and shame, forgiveness, attachment concerns, and trauma recovery. I also have focused experience supporting first responders, individuals processing infidelity, and those healing from sexual assault and abuse.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own story. My role is to listen with compassion, ask meaningful questions, and help you develop practical tools for moving forward. Whether you're working through grief, rebuilding trust in relationships, or processing difficult experiences, I'm here to support you with honesty, respect, and genuine care.
I'm honored to walk alongside you as you pursue healing and growth.
