About me

Thank you for visiting my page! Twenty-one years ago, I received my Master of Divinity and began working for the US Army Chaplains Corp as a Director of Religious Education. Over the years, I have noticed people are becoming more and more alone. I have noticed more people struggling with anxiety, depression, Autism, Narcissists, and relationship issues of all kinds compared to just 20 years ago.

Wanting to do more to help people, I pursued a Master of Arts in Counseling and began volunteering for a local church by leading a men’s mental health group. I knew many people were looking for someone to talk with, someone to recognize their difficulties, someone who will help them cope with life’s ups and downs.

I believe that human beings are not perfect. A few may be close, but most of us are far from perfect. We were raised by imperfect parents who then raised us with (or without) the best intentions. As a result, we have wounds from poor parenting choices, developed unhealthy copings skills, and learned mannerisms that are not helpful to our personal growth and relationships.

My goal is to equip you with the tools you need to live life productivity. I take a holistic approach, that is I believe our body, spirit, and soul (mind-will-emotions) are interconnected. I use a variety of treatment modalities that best fit your needs. I have been trained in several marriage/relationship programs, suicide intervention, and crisis response.

I look forward to joining you on this journey!
