With my own background and those I have worked with, I am a therapist specializing in gay and lesbian issues, with a focus on supporting individuals through coming out. In addition, my areas of focus include: stress management, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work emphasizes effective communication, goal setting and practical life skills to help clients build resilience, confidence, and more fulfilling relationships. I strive to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.
