Dr. Schupper has helped me get better at getting better. The best way to describe this is experience is that I had a splinters that would burn and constantly be a bother. Some bigger than others. I would scratch and pry and do whatever I could to ease the pain, but nothing worked because I wasn't addressing the real issue, the splinters. With Dr. Schupper's help we are able to identify the roots, dig into the wound, painfully at times, and remove the splinters of my life. They still leave scars but eventually heal as best as they can. Now that we have a working relationship, she is able to identify patterns and review past behaviors to help me in my current day to day. This process isn't about someone fixing all your issues and emotions. Those are things that will never stop. We can only get better with processing and handling them. Dr. Schupper has helped me do some of the hardest things I've ever done and show up for myself in a way couldn't imagine.

Dr Robin is truly exceptional! In less than 2 months I've discovered things about myself no one has brought out of me!

She communicates with me throughout the week and is attentive and scarily perceptive to nuances during our sessions (she's exactly who I need, she calls me on my crap and doesn't let me get away with anything)!!
