About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. Being a therapist isn’t a job, it’s my passion. I have worked in substance abuse facilities, mental health facilities, accountability courts, as well as private practice. All that to say, I’ve seen it all and nothing intimidates me.

I love working with others to find out how to unload anything that seemingly weighs them down. This could include but is not limited to: Learning the importance of creating healthy boundaries, overcoming substance abuse, women’s issues, being overwhelmed, anxiety, anger, grief, inability to focus, and depression.

I also work with couples that would like to reignite the flame in their marriage. Whether by learning to communicate effectively or working through intimacy issues. My approach includes holistic interventions; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered approach, Hypnotherapy, and Movement Therapy to work with clients on strategies to overcome obstacles, personal challenges that they are facing, as well as reframing negative thoughts and beliefs.
