I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with twenty five years of experience working in a variety of settings. I have vast experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse , family of origin issues, relationship issues, or are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I have worked in a myriad of community settings including community mental health, crisis centers, and the school setting.
My approach to therapy is very client centered. I truly believe that each person is an unique individual and deserves to be heard and respected for their individual life experience. I like to use therapeutic approaches that take into account the strengths, interests, and beliefs of the clients I am working with. I commit to tailoring a treatment plan with you to include goals that are important to you and providing you with a treatment approach that feels right for you.
It takes courage and commitment to share your experience with another person. I would like to say thank you for trusting me with your thoughts and feeling as we work together to achieve the goals that are important to you.

An absolute delight, the best experience with a therapist I’ve ever had.

With past therapists I felt nervous about the sessions because I knew they were going to be hard work. With Robyn I don't feel that at all. We talk about really deep stuff and it feels easy somehow. I've had revelation after revelation and even after only a handful of sessions, I feel I'm making real progress. Robyn is so comfortable to talk to, naturally empathetic and just seems to have this way of hitting the nail on the head. I feel sad that she was so busy when I first joined - she's in high demand because she's so good - so book her while you still can!

Just an intro session today, but I feel very good about the relationship. Robyn clearly is empathetic, can restate my issues clearly & concisely, listens well and has an engaging personality. She has a good sense of humor and lets me joke - which helps me to relieve tension.
