Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ronke Adeyemi. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have been working with Ronke for several months, and she has helped me gain a much deeper understanding of myself, my relationships, and the patterns that drive my behaviour.

One of the things I value most is her ability to challenge me while still making me feel heard and supported. She doesn't simply agree with everything I say or tell me what I want to hear. Instead, she asks thoughtful questions that help me reflect on situations from different perspectives and reach my own conclusions.

Through our sessions, I have become much more aware of my tendency to put other people's needs before my own, my difficulty setting boundaries, and how past experiences continue to influence my reactions today. She has helped me connect dots that I had never fully seen before.

What I particularly appreciate is that she creates a space where I feel safe discussing difficult topics without fear of judgement. Even when conversations become emotional, I leave with practical things to think about and work on between sessions.

The past few months have included some significant personal challenges, and having a therapist who can balance compassion, insight, and gentle accountability has been incredibly valuable. I would happily recommend Ronke to anyone looking for a thoughtful and supportive therapist.
