Roosevelt Jordan, LCSW
About me
Hello, my name is Roosevelt J. Jordan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a professional helper for more than 30 years and have worked with diverse populations and age groups. As a professional helper, I am convinced that the key to life is relating to self and others. Therefore, my first objective when establishing a professional caring relationship is to build trust. I accomplish this through empathetic and active listening. Also, I believe all individuals are spiritual beings and the whole person must be considered in order to support and help others heal and live better. The strength of my professional caring is my life experiences and intuition; not discounting my professional development.

Dr. Roosevelt is helping to find myself again. I’ve been on a journey of grief, sexuality and peace. Although the journey is mine I am grateful for a listening person who is calm and informative. I feel comfortable with Dr. Roosevelt. He is not my friend but someone who listens and offers me guidance to overcome personal life obstacles.
