I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years with several years experience. In the last 10 years focusing on somatic and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This has led to a broader and deeper understanding of trauma and it's impact on individuals. Individuals with Depression and Anxiety have been a large part of my practice as well.
