I am licensed in Idaho and Utah with 11 years of professional work experience. Some of this experience includes working with teens and their families in a wilderness setting. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, depression, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach to counseling is relationally based, with the Rogerian belief in the ability of the individual to find solutions, hope and direction.
