Roshon has been my therapist for about 2 months now, he has been helping me through a number of issues and I always feel validated and heard. He listens and gives valuable feedback and tools to move forward. He puts himself in your shoes and has lots of empathy and compassion. I respect his honesty and the questions he has to look inward are deep and from a perspective that implements growth. 100% would recommend Roshon!

I felt heard and seen for the first time. I am very glad that I took the step with therapy and that Roshon was assigned to me, because he understands a lot. There were feelings inside me I did not even know I have and they came out in the first session. I felt much more lighter afterwards, because as I said I felt heard and validated for the first time. Thank you

Roshon is probably one of the few therapist that I have generally connected with! Our conversations feel safe and I feel heard. I am taking those baby steps back to a healthier me because of him. He's great!
