Rosie Gibbs
About me
If you are struggling with emotional issues, depression, stress and anxiety, low confidence, grief and bereavement, or relationship problems. I can offer you the time to talk, share and work through personal issues in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Taking the first step can be daunting but talking through your issues or experiences with another person can be a huge relief. Counselling can offer you the time and space to talk about what worries you, or what feels too much to deal with alone when you feel there is no one else to confide in.
I work at a pace that suits you, in a safe and confidential environment, where together we can explore the things that are troubling you and help you work towards healing and a happier and fulfilling life.
Although I work with clients experiencing a wide range of life challenges, my particular area of interest and expertise lies in the field of grief and bereavement. This is always a very challenging time in anyone's life and the relief of talking to someone with an in-depth understanding of the emotions and stresses during this time can be incalculable. The journey through grief and loss can be daunting, but I can walk with you, offering support and understanding.

Very good experience with Rosie Gibs. In fact she is the only reason I didn’t cancel my BetterHelp subscription.

Rosie is a compassionate, understanding and kind therapist who really allows me the space to talk, work through my thoughts/feelings and emotions and offers helpful insights or discussion points through our sessions. What I really appreciate about Rosie is that I feel understood. It's not a case of "so how did that make you feel" or making me reach conclusions in the pure isolation of my own thought. Rosie is, in my experience, a cut above the average standard of therapy I've seen and experienced in the past, and she's restored my faith in therapy overall.

Rosie is an amazing therapist. I am forever grateful to BetterHelp for matching us together. Rosie listens, offers expert guidance and gently probes to be sure she is understanding the deeper meaning to what I have said. I also appreciate that she always follows up with a text and often with articles to support our conversation and help me understand her psychological theories, which is very interesting and helpful for me. I recommend her highly. Thank you!!
