About me

I'm Ross, an Integrative Counsellor dedicated to supporting people on their journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. Drawing from my own experiences of overcoming mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety, I offer compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and clarity. I understand first-hand the courage and strength it takes to confront inner demons and emerge stronger on the other side, and I congratulate you in taking that first step towards healing and wholeness.

I specialise in supporting those facing mental health challenges. Together, we explore all contributing factors like work, diet, and relationships, as well as your values and needs. We then develop a personalised plan to help you feel better. Everyone's journey is unique, but most people notice significant improvements after just a few sessions. Let's work together to turn things around for you.

There are so many different treatments and models out there, and it can feel overwhelming trying to choose the right one. I understand that everyone is unique, which is why I integrate a variety of modalities to find what works best for you.

My approach is personalised to fit your individual personality and specific needs. Together, we'll discover the most effective path to help you.

Ross became my therapist a few weeks ago and I recommend him. He is practical, adaptable and friendly. He takes the time to listen, analyze and prioritize immediate needs from longer-term ones. I’m glad he’s my therapist
