I am compassionate and empathetic. My style is client centered, solution focused and I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. I believe that if we can change our thinking, we can change our behavior, and ultimately change our lives for the better.

Rossetta is very down-to-earth and practical in first intently listening to a client's feelings, issues, trigger-points and areas to work on as goals---then suggesting practical ways to reduce anxiety, avoid situations or inputs that cause depression or may spark temper or an inappropriate reaction. She focuses on mindfulness techniques that are not just sitting in a dark room and breathing (which I won't do) but can be adapted to fitness situations (like cycling and swimming for me) that make a difference in improving myself in the ways I'm seeking to do.
