About me
Hi, I’m Andy Cecrle—a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas. I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through challenges related to addiction and life transitions. I specialize in working with addictions and addictive behaviors, and I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for those seeking meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you're dealing with substance use, compulsive behaviors, or complex emotions, I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can begin the work of recovery.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, combining tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices. For those who desire it, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate spiritual or faith-based perspectives into our work—honoring your beliefs and values as essential parts of the healing process.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you're just starting your recovery journey or looking to deepen your growth, I'm here to walk beside you with respect, insight, and practical tools that align with your goals.

Roy is a great therapist. I’m new to his service but so far so great.

Roy is an amazing therapist. He's thoughtful and sincere and listens with intent and compassion. Our therapy sessions have been focused and engaging with results while still retaining a friendly comfortable vibe. I feel really lucky I found Roy. I've done therapy in person and online and he truly stands out.
