I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Really enjoying speaking with Russ and working through my issues. He’s great to talk to, listens well, and finds light hearted ways to help me deal with my frustrations. I will continue my therapy with Russ and would highly suggest Russ and Better help
