Ryan Bachrach, LCSW
About me
As a licensed therapist in North Carolina, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My professional approach centers on helping clients address challenges such as depression, anxiety, social difficulties, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive patterns, and supporting neurodivergent individuals.
I have particular experience working with adolescents on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD. I support teens in building emotional awareness, strengthening social understanding, and developing practical strategies for navigating school, friendships, and everyday responsibilities. I also work closely with parents and families, helping them better understand their child’s needs and develop supportive communication, structure, and problem-solving approaches at home.
My therapeutic work focuses on creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and practice new ways of responding to challenges.
I believe in a collaborative approach that honors each person's unique life experience and perspective. My goal is to support you in navigating life's complexities while building skills, insight, and confidence for meaningful personal growth.
